We have tourism department approved, safety-built vehicles in our fleet along with professional and trained drivers. The provided vehicle will vary depending on the package you have booked. Normally, for the basic safari package, the pickup will be in a 4X4 SUV.

The pickup time is normally around 1pm – 2 pm in winters and 2pm – 3pm in summers. However, exact pickup time will be shared by our driver who will be coming for pickup.

The total capacity of the vehicle is 6 to 7 people. For example, if you booked for 2 person, there could be up to 4 to 5 additional participants as it is a shared tour. However, you can book a private vehicle also with extra charges no matter how many person you are.

We will provide an Abaya for ladies to wear during the mosque visit, which must be returned afterward. For the mosque visit, we recommend dressing appropriately to avoid any issues

There are shops available near the mosque where you can purchase an abaya of your choice, and the guide will be available to assist you if required.

Yes, there will be a lunch break during the tour. You will find many restaurants, and our guide will assist you with recommendations if required.

There is no dress code for children under 12 years old. For those older than 12, it is recommended to cover their knees and shoulders.

We offer both Sharing & Private Tours. For private tours, there can be maximum of 6,7 person in one vehicle and can be booked for any date. For sharing tours, the number of people on your tour may vary depending on bookings, cancellations, and new reservations. Please contact us to check availability of shared tours for a specific date.

Some tickets are time and date based; you can not use those for other timings like Burj Khalifa, Burj Al Arab, and the Museum of the Future. Most of the tickets are open-time and open-dated with a validity. Please check with our customer services team before buying the tickets.
